This annual Pride celebration highlights what Provincetown has always been known for: LGBTQ+ awareness, empowerment, and diversity. There will be multiple events, parties, and Pride programming throughout the weekend.

Raise your dauber and raise a glass at the Governor Bradford to celebrate Pride with an afternoon of Bingo bliss! This art exhibit looks at various home-grown Ptown forms of radical expression, both past and present, and asks us to consider how we may claim agency in our own lives, looking at Provincetown as a model.

Gather inside Town Hall on Saturday, June 7th from 11am-3pm for the PBG’s Pride Market! This FREE event will feature LGBTQ+ artisans, vendors, cash bar and the supporters of Provincetown Pride. The Pride Market is made by possible by Bike.

Usually taking place throughout a weekend in June, Provincetown Gay Pride includes everything from a Stonewall Stroll through the city streets (the local equivalent of a Pride Parade), pride cruises, and drag nights.

Sixty miles from the mainland, visitors found a welcoming town that celebrated diversity and authenticity—and they, in turn, embraced it as their own. Events like Carnival in August bring the town to life, drawing nearly 90, people to join in the fun, especially for the dazzling parade down Commercial Street.

Although relatively youthful when compared to other pride events, Provincetown Pride has already become one of the key dates in an already packed Summer calendar. It marks the start of the high season.

The theme of the weekend’s kick-off party – at 10 p.m. Friday in the Red Room at Commercial St. – is Lady Gaga vs. Beyonce. Tickets for the plus event are $15 or $20 at the door.
