You don't even have to live in New Jersey. Our all-inclusive chorus spans the LGBTQIA spectrum! This is a free event to see us perform and sing along if you would like to! We provide the sheet music. Photo by James J. 2 As the sole New Jersey member of GALA Choruses, we have represented the Garden State at GALA Festivals in Tampa, Montreal, Miami and Denver. 3 An award-winning A capella choral group made of over 50 members ranging in age from 23 to 89 with an irresistible urge to sing and make people happy. Brings a special brand of fun to a wide array of venues, such as local festivals and fairs, baseball stadiums, private parties and active adult communities. 4 The New Jersey Gay Men's Chorus is more than just music. The organization fosters change, connection, community with inclusivity. 5 A chorus is a group of people singing together, by definition, but when such a group develops into a community, it can do more than present beautiful music, it can change lives. It soon came out of the closet to become the NJGMC, but today it has developed into much more than a group of gay men singing together. 6 󰟝 The New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus presents our Spring Concert Series, COME OUT SINGING, with live performances in three locations: 🌈Friday evening, May 16, PM at Haddonfield United Methodist Church, 29 Warwick Road, Haddonfield, NJ 🌈Saturday evening, May 17, PM at Trinity Episcopal Church, Asbury Park, NJ, Asbury. 7 During our 25 year history, the NJGMC has presented an annual concert series consisting of two or three concert weekends, as well as various community performances as part of our commitment to involvement and outreach. We have worked in conjunction with the New Jersey Names Project and marched with the AIDS Memorial Quilt at Jersey Pride in Asbury Park. 8 TOMS RIVER – In celebration of Pride Month, the New Jersey Gay Men’s Chorus (NJGMC) will perform a live concert at the Ocean County Library Toms River Branch, 2 PM Saturday, June The chorus will perform a selection of well-known tunes, classic favorites and new songs. 9 Singing of the National Anthem May 16th NJGMC Spring Concert, Haddonfield.
