'Gay friendly things to do'? I think that regardless of which side of the line your sexuality lies, the same attractions apply to everyone. Most all attractions on Cozumel are 'Gay Friendly'. If you mean homosexually oriented activities like gay bars, or public baths or book stores showing XXX rated gay videos in dark booths, then NO. Mexico and especially Cozumel are heavily Catholic.
